Hemswell Antique Centre, near Caenby Corner, brings together nearly 300 display areas of antiques and collectables.
Horncastle with over 30 antique shops - has been awarded "The Miller's Guide" title of "Best Antiques Town" in the Country.
Swinderby and Newark host the largest international antique fairs in Europe. These are held every two months

Rural peace and quiet offer a perfect working environment for local craftsmen. Examples include:
- The Pearoom Contemporary Craft Centre at Heckington.
- Manor Stables Craft Centre at Fulbeck.
- The Potter at work at Brinkhill.
- Bob Oakes at Cold Hanworth Forge and Blacksmiths School. Winner of 'Best Traditional Business Category' in 2006 Rural Retailer Competition
